Coaching Programs

I’ve outlined three coaching program options below, designed to give clients an idea of how coaching sessions work and the investment required to make sustainable changes in their lives.  The coaching programs are individualised based on the client pre-coaching questionnaire and may contain a combination of specialist streams of life coaching: transformational life coaching, personal leadership coaching, career coaching, and health and fitness coaching. Elevation Coaching Program

3 month program
AUD$139// session
  • 3 month coaching program designed to elevate a dimension of the client’s life – personal leadership, career, health and fitness, etc.
  • 1 x 90-minute kick off coaching session: review pre-program questionnaire answers,   set a program intention and desired outcomes, and outline plan of action for the sessions.
  • 5 x 60-minute monthly coaching sessions: explore relevant coaching content, identify obstacles, clarify next actions, and review progress towards desired coaching program outcomes.
  • Exercises and strategies may include work on core beliefs, career path, skills assessment, and setting goals specific to the   area of life involved in coaching
  • High level of support: fortnightly 1:1 sessions, weekly check in emails, access to all resources and tools.

Uplift Coaching Sessions

Individual Coaching Session
AUD$189// session
  • Individual session designed to support the client overcoming a specific situation or event
  • 1 x 90 min coaching session: explore a specific issue the client is facing, clarify the desired outcomes from the coaching session, discuss a plan of action, next steps, and how to measure progress.
  • Exercises and strategies may include 
  • Medium level of support: follow up email post session, option to enrol in further uplift coaching sessions or a coaching program, and access to all resources and tools.
